The program is a community-based, adult mental health program sponsored by the Cornwall Community Hospital and funded by the Ministry of Health. It is a public service with no fees involved for individuals or non-profit organizations. Provides a range of therapeutic services to adults who have a mental health problem.
Main office located in Cornwall, with satellite offices in Dundas County (Winchester) and Glengarry County (Alexandria).
