The Dual Diagnosis Consultation Outreach Team (DDCOT) is a multidisciplinary team of the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre (ROMHC), located within a specialty psychiatric health care group that serves the mental and physical health needs of dual diagnosed clients within the Eastern Ontario region of Canada. Services on the team include nursing, occupational therapy, psychiatry, psychology, social work, and speech and language pathology. Resources are limited to consultation, as there are insufficient personnel to provide ongoing follow-up.
