Individual and Couples Counselling. Sessions are currently offered virtually. I am registered with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers to practice with anyone residing in the province of Ontario. I provide empathic, compassionate, non-judgemental counselling tailored to meet the needs of my clients, whether they are looking for solutions to help them navigate day to day challenges, or they wish to dig deeper to uncover deep-seated issues that are holding them back. My desire is to work with people where they are at, and to create a safe space for them to explore how they can find peace, healing and personal growth.
