The South Georgian Bay Community Health Centre (SGB CHC) services the residents of Blue Mountains, Clearview Township, Wasaga Beach, Collingwood and Elmvale. A range of community-based health services are provided by a multi-disciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, a social worker, health promoter, mental health and addictions counselor, a community youth services coordinator, and more.
