Join us to hear Jeannette Smith of the Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health (CADTH) present Health Headlines: Hope or Hype? She will explore the myths and realities of health information as disseminated in print, in the news media, and on popular internet sites. CADTH believes that credible, objective evidence should inform every important health care decision. CADTH is an independent, not-for-profit organization responsible for providing health care decision-makers with objective evidence to help make informed decisions about the optimal use of health technologies, including drugs, diagnostic tests, and medical, dental, and surgical devices and procedures. As always, this session is free, and preregistration is not required.
