The Bayview Dual Diagnosis Program is a client centered specialty care program of Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care which serves clients who have both a developmental delay and mental health needs. It is part of the Tertiary Care Division.
 
Referral needed from schedule 1 hospital, family physician, community living agency or community psychiatrist.
