Dual Diagnosis Consultation Outreach Team (DDCOTT) |
The Dual Diagnosis Consultation Outreach Team is a specialized outreach team provided by the Providence Continuing Care Centre, and is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC).
The team provides assessment and consultation to individuals over the age of 16 living in southeast Ontario who have an intellectual disability or autism or pervasive developmental disorder with a mental disorder or a behavioural disorder.
Team members include a psychiatrist, social worker, occupational therapist, psychologist, and nurses.
The team serves people living in Southeastern Ontario through offices in Brockville, Kingston, and Belleville.
