Gestion de la colère
Nous sommes tous en colère de temps en temps. En effet, la colère est utile, car si nous nous en servons d'une manière saine, elle nous aide à réaliser que quelque chose ne va pas et que, peut-être, quelque chose doit changer. Mais si notre colère devient trop grave, et qu'elle cause des problèmes à la maison, au travail ou à l'école, alors il est peut-être temps d'obtenir de l'aide pour y faire face.
La gestion de la colère se réfère à un ensemble de stratégies pour faire face à la colère et à amoindrir les situations ou les déclencheurs qui provoquent la colère - il s'agit de faire en sorte que vous soyez en contrôle de la colère, et non que la colère vous domine.
