J & D Residential Services provides therapeutic care and intervention for youths who are experiencing various social, emotional, and behavioral problems. These, as well as other family problems, may create a situation in which the youth can not return home and may go on to foster care or independent living. The child care team creates a stable environment and system of support within which the youth's specific behavioural, cognitive, emotional or situational functioning is assessed and managed.
